JOB DUTIES
Provides initial response to all service requests for new & existing clients
Listens to and converses with clients to understand needs, establishes rapport and gathers preliminary information surrounding client's issues
Determines the scope of the problem & uses tracking system to summarize situation details
Performs basic problem solving, walks client through necessary steps and ensures peak system and product performance
Open to shifts including evenings and/or weekends
40-hour work week schedules
Engage with multiple customers via telephone and written means
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A team player with positive attitude
Results-oriented
Demonstrates accountability and follow-through
Good phone presence
Familiarity with the rapidly growing VoIP industry
Basic understanding of networking, IT, internet and computer concepts & technology
2 years of customer service/call center experience
Demonstrates logical problem solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
