ICF's Web site is ****Job Description: As a QA Assistant you will help ensure the CATI research centers comply with survey operations, quality assurance policies, practices and procedures. The QA Assistant's primary focus will be directed to improving the performance (quality and quantity) of telephone survey interviewers. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, monitoring of survey interviewers, validation of completes, client assisted monitoring, and problem identification and remediation, and survey interviewing as required Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3 months experience as a Caller Ability to work variable schedule, including nights and weekends Good interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality standards Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience teaching/coaching adult learners Basic computer literacy Good with details; ability to meet deadlines Experience with PC-based networked systems a plus Professional Skills: Possess good business communication skills (oral and written) Demonstrate ability to work with a diverse workforce in a fast-paced work environment.
