Customer Call Center Jobs

Customer call center jobs involve a considerable amount of direct interaction with customers and therefore strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving abilities, and high patience levels are an absolute must.

Customer call center jobs require the incumbents to have a working knowledge of computers as updating inventory databases, creating complaint tickets, tracking orders, and so on are also part of the job. Comfort with standard word processing and spreadsheet software such as MS Word and MS Excel would be an advantage.
Good language skills and telephone etiquette are a primary requirement for customer call center jobs.
The pay for an entry-level customer call center job is in the range of $11–14 an hour and there are good opportunities for progress.
