We are Seeking a Customer Care Specialist to work in our automotive business development Center. The Automotive Customer Care Specialist responds to inquiries via internet, phone and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives. AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to 100 internet leads per month.
Generate appointments and continuous business for the store.
Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly.
Commits to obtaining team and personal objectives
Stays abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and technological changes and how they may benefit guests
Follows an effective prospecting system daily using a variety of contacts, including follow-up contacts with prior purchasers
AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma and some education beyond high school
Previous call center experience preferred
Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage
Ability to follow script to ensure consistency and professionalism with all calls
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
Enthusiastic team player
Professionalism and strong work ethic
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
