POSITION SUMMARY At Alere outstanding customer service is a top priority. The Customer Service Team plays a critical role in shaping Alere\u2019s image with its customers, vendors, and business partners. Alere imparts the importance of that role, by selecting Customer Service Representatives who are committed to: knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and courteous interactions with every caller. A Customer Service Representative handles inbound customer service, and supply order calls, as well as responds to customer emails. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - (KEY ACTIVITIES) Demonstrated outstanding service orientation with clear verbal and written communications Willingness to answer phones, research questions and document all customer interactions Flexibility to operation in several systems platforms and balance tasks throughout the work day Ability to multitask in handling customers on various reporting platforms and email queues Fostering a customer service culture that strives for 100% customer satisfaction Qualifications Requirements:To be considered an applicant for this position you must show how you meet the basic qualifications of the job in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields.
