\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\u0022text-decoration: underline;\u0022\u003eEssential Duties\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Ensure hiring practices are in sync with the company philosophy and commitment to diversity and equality.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Successfully identify and attract candidates within a targeted market by creating appropriate and engaging online job descriptions for open positions. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Develop and maintain high visibility with potential local labor markets.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Receives incoming resumes, applications, and telephone calls in response to open positions; reviews against set criteria for potential fit.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Continually manages and monitors online job postings to create successful candidate pools. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Partner with local colleges to recruit on campus regularly\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Establish recruiting contacts with the community.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Evaluates candidates for referral to other positions including corporate and site positions. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conducts online job board and/or Internet based searches for potential candidates.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conducts telephone screening interviews; evaluates candidates using identified process and criteria.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Schedules all appropriate candidates for the onsite interviews.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Prepares appropriate on-boarding paperwork including offer letters and other new hire paperwork.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Submits candidates for background investigation process and evaluates results.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Creates appropriate responses for candidates that do not meet background requirements. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Creates, modifies and participates in the interview process to select the best caliber of candidates for position.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Provides coverage for recruiting efforts for all sites as requested.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Files and provides other needed administrative assistance for staffing efforts.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Suggests new avenues, specific to their location, to increase applicant traffic.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Works with site leadership to determine number and type of positions to be staffed for upcoming classes. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Partners with Site Director and Supervisors to provide appropriate data on new hires, including retention analysis and candidate funnel\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Partners with Talent Development Team to determine best fit for upcoming classes and identify potential new hire issues or concerns. Works with TD to resolve any issues. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Maintain partnership with all levels of management to work on Account Manager to Senior Management openings.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Maintain a high level of confidentiality while supporting all levels of management.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Complete special assignments as requested.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Post and manage social media campaigns including targeted ads and groups, including responding to applicants messages/emails received from social media\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Markets, sells and tracks results from Employee Referral program\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Travel required- 15-20% of the month. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible to ensure that all activities related to hiring are in compliance with all related Federal and State laws, as well as Company policies and processes.\u003c/p\u003e
