Description **This position is remote and can be situation anywhere in the US** The FI Dealer Onboarding Representative primarily handles the account management and processing of New Dealer Onboarding, Dealer Information Owner Reactivations and Dealership Change In Ownership (Buy\/Sells) within the platform. This individual processes incoming leads, cases, requests and e-mails regarding potential onboarding of new dealerships\/accounts onto the DealerTrack platform along with Reactivations of existing accounts, while following all Security and compliance regulations for conducting the Onboarding & Reactivation Process. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Dealer Onboarding \u2013 New Enrollments, Dealer Information Owner Reactivations & Change In Ownership -Buy\/Sells Handle applicable incoming leads, cases and correspondences regarding any potential Onboarding or Reactivations of dealerships onto DealerTrack, while following all security and compliance regulations for conducting the Enrollment \/ Reactivations process. Handle incoming calls related to Onboarding \u2013 Enrollments, Reactivations and\/or Change In Ownership -Buy\/Sells \u2013 while being flexible and accountable to handle business as usual items Facilitate the Onboarding & Reactivation process with each dealership and follow up to ensure all required documentation has been received, validated and processed. Facilitate the user creation process with the dealership information owner(s) and provide training for newly enrolled dealerships for the Dealertrack platform specific to the credit application process and basic navigation of site. Assist with Dealer Change in Ownership (Buy\/Sell) cases to ensure that the transition is as efficient as possible to minimize any down-time for a dealer to conduct business. While facilitating Dealer Change in Ownership (Buy\/Sell) cases, the Dealer Onboarding Representative will ensure that all security and compliance requirements are followed and met. Adhere to all applicable Service Level Agreements to ensure standards are being upheld to the utmost regard. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and skills High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred and\/or equivalent related Job experience. Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as follow-up and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Action-orientated with the ability to meet deadlines and turnaround requests in a timely manner Preferred qualifications Experience within a Call Center or Customer Service related field is a plus Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus Auto industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
