Medical supply company with offices in Wixom & Troy, MI is looking for full time customer service representatives to interact daily with new and existing customers to provide high quality customer service and support for our growing company. Health insurance, vision and dental also available. Higher compensation packages will be available to qualified candidates who possess STRONG customer service skills, call center experience or experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical terminology.
The right candidate will need 2 to 4 years experience in strong customer service positions. You will need excellent phone and computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Computer experience must be advanced enough to work with several software programs.
