Training classes begin in the next two weeks, contact us today!Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Call Center Sales Representative, you will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills to enroll customers in identity theft protection programs. Specific duties for this CSR role include:Ensuring a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the service, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and closing quality sales.Upselling products and\/or services to the customerProactively educating members on features and benefits of the service and make enrollment recommendations.Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality typesPutting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all timesContinually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients products, services and promotionsDocumenting all customer\/prospect information, communications and sales in our computer systemBenefitsHeres just some of what we have to offer:Guaranteed salary plus performance based pay incentives.
