Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading Team & Culture Building:
Lead by setting a strong example in action, integrity, and professionalism
Maintain expert knowledge of order entry systems and order management processes to answer questions and provide timely guidance and feedback
Ensure team receives relevant training and updates on policies and procedures
Assist in onboarding new employees
Driving Performance & Monitoring Quality:
Provide on floor presence and act as resource for daily questions
Give constructive feedback and challenge team to perform their best
Maintain the department as a center of excellence for customer service
Maintain OneSource documentation for policies and procedures
Know and share best practices to ensure consistency across brands where possible
Driving Continuous Improvement: 
Collaborate with Assistant Brand Managers and Training Team by identifying bottlenecks within the team and present solution ideas
Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency for team by knowing team members’ day to day activities in detail and removing obstacles
Other:
Other projects/tasks as assigned
Occasional travel as assigned
