$13.30\/hr; Contract to hire; M-F 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30 - 7pm Start date: 3\/26 - if interested contact ASAP at 813-636-1075 **Good job tenure and customer service experience required ** This position handles inbound calls from policy owners that have questions with their payments, coverage, needing a loan taken out, transfer of funds, withdrawals, or any additional customer service call. This role handles between 40 and 60 calls a day. They will be speaking to individuals that have policies up to 100k. This position entails toggling between various computer screens, answering the phone, entering the correct data in the correct location. This role is NOT scripted so they must be comfortable guiding the call and controlling the call as well as offering solutions based off of what they learn in training. There are only two parts of the call that they must adhere to policies and regulations.
