The exceptional service we deliver is, and will be, an increasingly important differentiator for us as we compete for market share and grow our business.Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality, is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service and Valet Manager for a new car dealership in Doral, Florida!As the Customer Service and Valet Manager, you are responsible for ensuring high levels of service to our clients, customers and employees. You will oversee all call center employees at the location on behalf of the company and report directly to the District Manager at the dealership.Major responsibilities of the position:Hiring, training and development of all support staffManaging all employees by setting work expectations and leadership standardsBack up call center staff when needed to answer all incoming service phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising, internet leads via email and phone calls as well as support of their other dutiesBuilding solid partnerships with our clients and guestsEnsuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is delivered consistentlyMotivating employees to meet the goals of the departmentAbility to multitask in a fast paced customer service office environmentManage all valets working in the Service DepartmentAdministrative duties:SchedulingTime and attendance reportingCustomer service trainingReconciling deposits and credit card transactionsMinimum qualifications:Valid driver’s license with clean driving record3 years’ experience in a high volume call center environment2 years’ management experience (automotive or call center preferred)Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on all levelsMust be available to work on weekends, holidays as required by season and roleMust be fluent in English and Spanish.Additional InformationPinnacle Automotive Hospitality Services, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or orientation.
