DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Distributor partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our new roles as a Customer Service Rep \/ Field Support Agent for our new Richardson office. This person will be responsible for supporting our Dallas-based national retail sales training and assistance efforts in large national retailers across the country for AT&T service products such as wireless, broadband, and DIRECTV.Responsibilities & DutiesHandle inbound sales support calls from various retail locations & retail staffTrack all customer inquiries by logging all calls within the software platformAccurately research customer support requests issues & ensure accurate responses to support all inquiresDrive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators and overall client-based service levelsHandle inbound call volume with proper soft skills to ensure a high level of customer support & customer satisfactionStay current with system\/product information, changes and updates to ensure proficiency on all levels of supportProvide first rate phone support with retail sales personnel to ensure they have time sensitive product informationRequirementsProper phone etiquette at all timesAbility to work flexible hours based on business requirementsAbility to multi task work assignments and inbound customer support requestsEffective listening and communication skillsAbility to work in a fluid work environment & handle change based on business needs or directionPrompt, highly organized, effective time management, goal-oriented individualDemonstrate proficiency in grammar and internal\/external communication toolsAbility to learn & adhere to company & departmental operating proceduresAbility to type 35-40 wpm minimumComfortable working in a team orientated environmentProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3 years of experience working in an inbound call center roleMulti-faceted support experience within a client driven work environmentPrevious Tier 1 or Tier 2 inbound support experience-preferredPrevious experience working in a high call volume work environmentKnowledge of AT&T services & products-preferredBenefitsMedical & Dental insurance plan401k PlanPaid vacation and personal \/ sick days
