Customer Service Coordinator
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’ client, located in Wappingers Falls, NY, an international organization, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to add to their team! Our client is looking for a dependable, well-spoken employee to answer high-volume phones.
Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Create and maintain service tickets for all customer interactions
Offer quick and concise solutions to rising problems
Meet all of customer’s expectations
Utilize appropriate judgment for effective assessment of end-user needs and resolution.
Provide expertise and knowledge to all internal and external customers
In order to be successful in the Customer Service Coordinator will have:
Minimum of two years of experience in a customer support position; call center experience preferred
Associates degree required; preferably in Communications, Business Administration or Computer Science
Ability to communicate technical terms to beginners as well as well-versed individuals
Excellent ability to multi-task
Bilingual a plus
This opportunity is a full-time position, temp-hire position. The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, and 12pm-8pm. All candidates need to be available for all shifts. Pay rate is $16 per hour. If hired on permanently, company offers room for advancement and an excellent benefits package.
