Must be able to pass an extensive background check

Must have High School Diploma or GED

Must have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Must have good foundation on computer networking

Keen attention to detail

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Must have previous call center experience

Location:

San Jose California

Schedule:

Monday through Friday either 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Pay:

$20.00/hr

Benefits:

2 weeks paid time off

9 Paid holidays

Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
