Call Center Customer Service Reps Needed!
Seeking candidates for a long-term temp, possible temp to hire Customer Service position.Must be flexible to work during the following times: ?Weekends required ?Typical shift times are 10am?6pm, 11am?7pm, or 12pm?8pm Casual work environment, background checks required. Job Summary: Responsible for answering inbound wagering sales and customer service calls and making outbound calls in support of interactive gaming operations. Provides outstanding customer service while responding to subscriber account management, financial transaction, wagering, and wager history inquiries. Provides technical support to subscribers for PC, Interactive Voice Response and mobile applications Essential Functions: Provide complete, accurate responses to subscriber calls regarding interactive gaming operations Perform multi-step deposit and database transactions accurately. Resolve account and billing inquiries from subscribers. Provide technical assistance to customers. Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested. Qualifications: One to three years of experience in a customer service or sales position required Data entry skills required. Effective oral and written skills required. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and databases preferred Ability to actively listen to what others have to say and restate information to ensure understanding; Provide complete and accurate information; Maintain professional business standards at all times.
