Our Call Center Manager would be overseeing an entire floor of employees. We are seeking an experienced Call Center manager with a passion for leading high performing teams to deliver exceptional client service experience. Our Call Center Manager would be responsible for the following things: • Serve as assigned lead on all customer experience strategies, impacts, and decisions, representing the voice of the customer • Provides managerial oversight of Service Operations team. • Manages, evaluates and audits communication, trouble shooting and triage of all service requests and/or issues • Develops, implements, and monitors team compliance with established policies and procedures • Monitors, communicates and evaluates key performance indicators using best practice call center tools and processes • Perform Live coaching on phone calls to help improve sales associate processes • Collect analysis on all data points • Serve as a liaison between company and vendors

Job Requirements
We need a Call Center Manager to add to our new call center location.Our Call Center Manager must be a people person, who is passionate and hash past leadership or management experience. There is a base pay, but you can also receive bonuses based on performance.
