Human Resources Assistant Job Description: Serves as a primary contact in an HR Contact Center processing requests from current and past employees, retirees and internal and external customers regarding questions that are related to payroll, time tracking system, benefits, leaves of absence, compensation, pension, position management and other related areas or HR transaction questions. Customer Service experience preferred. Call Center experience preferred. HR experience preferred. Having MS office experience is required: Outlook and word is probably used the most. Basic knowledge of Excel is sufficient. PeopleSoft is a plus, but not a requirement.
