This call center position is responsible for assisting in maintaining and managing account responsibilities on a daily basis. Must ensure all assigned tasks meet and or exceed quality measurements. Responsible for consistently and successfully achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals required for productivity. Opportunities include but are not limited to: Manage inbound and outbound phone activity from multiple accounts and end users for order placement, order tracking, insurance verification and all other related insurance inquiries, medical billing Work in collaboration with Operations and Logistics to determine the delivery of shipments/ supplies. Work in collaboration with team members to ensure the service needs of Homecare CS customers are being met with outstanding service levels. Work in collaboration with 3 rd Party Billing Partners for insurance related inquiries. Work in collaboration with Medline Sales and Reimbursement for proper implementation Assist with placing, replacing, crediting, and tracking, orders received via email and or fax Identify trends and communicate results to the management staff, sales force, and the customer Utilize multiple tools and resources for account, program, and insurance related inquiries. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience Previous experience with medical insurance, medical insurance verification or medical insurance billing experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and all other systematic levels of computer literacy.
