Carrington has built the infrastructure necessary to maximize value during any market cycle.We are currently looking for a Loan Servicing Manager to support our team in Westfield, IN!Responsibilities Oversees the call center's activities through effectively monitoring performance results to ensure that all business goals are consistently met and with adherence to processes/procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with other departments to identify and implement process improvement strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and reviews various productivity reports daily and evaluates performance results at a team and department level.Audits calls, incentive, and processes to ensure adherence to policies/procedures and regulatory requirements as part of monthly review to senior management.Promotes one-call resolution through direct Customer Service efforts as well as identification of ways to expand the directive across the platform.Participates in projects that touch any aspect of Loan Servicing.Solicits feedback and on-going communication with various departments to improve overall efficiencies and promote services across the platform.Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.Assists with research and resolution of escalated customer service calls and issues as needed.Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, science or business preferred.Three (3) to five (5) years' management experience in a call center environment preferred.WHAT DO WE OFFER?
