Consumer Relations Representative, Lititz Pa
Full-time- 8-430p/ 9-5:30pm/10-7pm (available shifts)
Part-Time- 10-3pm/ 11-4pm/ 12-5pm/1-6pm (flaxable Part-time hours)

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a minimum of one-year customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, and is passionate about helping each and every consumer they come in contact with. It’s important to be comfortable with current technology, and experience with Live Chat is a plus.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Advocate for the consumer and exemplify exceptional customer service skills
Exhibit excellent problem solving skills to transform vague situations into defined problems and provide solutions
Provide advanced information and education to consumers regarding products and services and identify opportunities to suggest additional products
Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, and alert Supervisor of trends that may impact the business
Understand the “trouble points” on products and walk consumer through problem solving
Conduct administrative follow-up work to evaluate and improve consumer satisfaction
Thrive in a fast paced, high energy department
Remain professional when challenged with difficult situations
Regular attendance is required to maintain the functions of the job
Education, experience, and other qualifications:
Customer service or sales experience preferred; Call Center experience a plus
Familiar with all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Familiar with the Internet and Ecommerce practices
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Typing speed of 40 wpm or greater preferred
