Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. The Lime Juicer program is a new program where people get paid to charge scooters on a nightly basis in their own home. Occasionally problems with charging scooters, the Juicer app or general questions will arise and need to contact the Juicer Care team. We’re hiring a Juicer Support Manager to manage a team of Support Reps communicating with our Juicers in local markets.
Manage a team that address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or hardware troubleshooting by phone and email with tact and the utmost professionalism
Handle escalated inbound Juicer interactions providing best in class support for each Juicer Partner
Analyze data around inbound contacts and create workforce staffing schedules and implement efficiency opportunities
Work cross functionally to identify areas of opportunity for Lime to improve the experience of Juicers
Passionate leader with a positive attitude - knows how to motivate others and have fun while doing so
Service mindset – love helping people
Excellent communicator, especially between teams
Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Previous call center management experience
Excellent customer service skills and experience
Ability to empathize with others about issues they may be having
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
