Gate 1 Travel is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruitment process for a high paced call center operation as well as provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Director on a variety of duties.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Full cycle recruitment including job posting, screening and interviewing for all call center positions as well as other rolesContinuously network to keep current with the top talent in the marketplaceManage social media sites regarding employer reputation including Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedInCompletes offer letters and coordinates employee background and reference checksSchedules and conducts 30\/90\/180 follow up meetings with new employees.Prepares new employee files & new hire packets with related paperwork.Manage employee record systemPerforms customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions including employment verification.Assists HR Director with various research projects and\/or special projects.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years Recruiting and HR Experience. BA\/BS required. Prior experience with ATS, specifically Paycom, is preferred.Gate 1 Travel is a smoke free workplace and is currently not interviewing candidates who use tobacco products.
