Customer Support & Service Call Center Rep, CSR w/ Insurance Benefits Exp
– S&S Employment Partners seeks 25 Customer Service Call Center Representatives with prior insurance benefits experience to field incoming calls from customers needing benefits help, questions answered, and help with benefits issues.
You will work in a state-of-the-art,
high-volume call center in the Des Moines area.
These are full-time opportunities where you will earn up to $18 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work 40 hours per week, with shifts that run between the hours of 7AM and 7PM.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be expected to:
Answer inbound calls from members and educate them on their choices when selecting employee benefits.
Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly.
Ensure compliance to protect client’s personal health information
Handle customer issues and come up with solutions.
Perform a variety of daily operational tasks and work with insurance carriers to correct issues.
Take accountability for the entire process from inbound issue to resolution and closure.
To qualify for these Custom Service / Call Center Customer Support openings, you must have at least two (2) years of customer service or customer support experience
. In addition, you must:
Have Life, Health & Personal Lines Licensing or the ability to be licensed within the first 6 months of employment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred, but not required.
