Our client in the Central Western Suburbs is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their 10am-7pm shift. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for speaking with the tenants about their utility bills. CSRs must be able to demonstrate how a property utility bill is calculated CSRs will be expected to answer an average of 115 calls per day Understand and be able to explain what to bill for which includes and is not limited to: water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and cable Understand and be able to explain all fees Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous call center experience Strong data entry/typing skills English/Spanish bilingual capabilities a plus Strong verbal and written communication skillsFor immediate consideration please call 630-246-7837!
