The nature of this job is “Soft Collections”Call Center Background. They will train on the processes. They are looking for people that are motivated by job security. Patient Person with great Customer Service skills.They have found that people that have worked retail have done well in this job.2% of the calls they deal with are problem customers.They think of this as a “Process Center” because they place a lot of calls for collections etc.Hours are 8:00-5:00They make around 150 calls a week. Tough collections are turned over the collection agency. Again, very soft collectionMust have great multi-tasking skillsRemain calm under pressure.Looking for Maturity, Professionalism, People with a positive attitude.Attendance is very important. Conversion salary is $26-38K. Once they convert they will be able to get 80 hrs. paid sick time, 3 weeks’ vacation, 2 floating holidays.
