The Call Centeru00a0Supervisor will be responsible for directly supervising anu00a0assigned group of collectors, and for assisting in the supervision of all collection activity at Southwest Credit Systems; including the ongoing development and improvement of hired collection staff, monitoring of collection activity, auditing of collection files, taking supervisory/escalated consumer calls, handling of supervisory administrative functions and enforcing work standards throughout the collection department. Candidates must have Call Center, Great leadership experience, have a High School diploma or equivalent and must be Spanish Bilingual. Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean background check per our client requirements. Required Skills Proficient knowledge of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Minimum of 3 years experienceu00a0inu00a03rd party debt collection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to spelling and grammar. Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills. Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure, deadlines and goals. Required Experience 1 - 2u00a0years experience in a 1st Party or 3rd Party collections supervisory role is required. 3rd Party Collections supervisoryu00a0experience is preferred. 1 - 2 years Call Center Supervisor experience is required. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
