The Inside Sales Representative
develops on-going relationships and contacts aimed at setting sales appointments that lead to new customers.
Develop on-going efforts aimed at establishing sales appointments which lead to new customers.
Maintain a database utilizing Salesforce.com and other tools as necessary to track leads. Network to build relationships in order to increase the number of qualified leads from sources outside of the company.
Identify internal leads based on various publications and extensive prospecting by cold-calling, data mining from the internet, social media, et-al.
Handle correspondence with prospects identified through inside sales efforts.
Working knowledge of Windows, Office, and associated software.
Good verbal and written communication skills that can be gained with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Previous customer service/call center experience preferred. Previous inside sales experience preferred.
