Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating responses to homeowner warranty calls and emails – scheduling service with the homeowner and trade partner
Following up with homeowners to ensure warranty work is completed to their satisfaction.
Working directly and daily with the Personal Builders throughout the build and warranty process
Assisting in determining and documenting root cause
Tracking and reporting service levels, satisfaction, response rates and costs
Performing related administrative duties
The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, superior customer service skills along with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent follow-through. Hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel is required. Education and experience in residential construction is desired.
