Inbound Customer Service
Start Date: May 7, 2018
Training: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
$13hr. PLUS earn up to $3hr. in bonuses!
Spanish Bilinguals needed! Receive a premium on top of hourly rate!
Our Care Rep's receive inbound calls from consumers making immediate, “on demand” payments. Payments are taken via the web or Interactive Voice Response system. In addition, we trouble shoot on failed payment attempts; provide confirmation of payments and respond to general payment questions.
High School Diploma or GED is required
Ability to provide exemplary customer service
Active listener, express willingness and displaying empathy towards our customers
Ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult situations
Furthers the Fiserv culture and values
Solid internet navigational skills are needed
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen are required.
