CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We need Call Center Representatives who can answer borrower s

questions, contact borrowers whose accounts are past due, and work to

find payment solutions that work for them. You ll help borrowers

understand how much they ve borrowed and the best way to manage their

student loan debt. You ll also help borrowers create a personal plan

to successfully pay back their student loans. Your caring and patient

guidance of calls will help borrowers restore and maintain their

accounts in good standing.

$13.79/hour. Evening positions are eligible for an additional

$1.00/hour differential. Bilingual (Spanish) individuals can earn

What are we looking for?

The perfect candidate can talk to anyone over the phone. Our Call

Center Representatives are patient and caring and must be able to

negotiate and problem solve on a daily basis. Representatives must be

able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another

while operating a computer keyboard.

When does training start?

* Three week training class dates anticipated to be: March 12 March 30, 2018

* In-class training: 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for 15

business days.

* Participation each day is required.

What is the schedule?

After training is complete:

Full-time position hours are 12:30 - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. NO

WEEKENDS!

The regular part-time (12-19.5 hours per week) schedule begins Monday

- Friday. Work a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 3 days per week. NO

WEEKENDS! Flexibility to work additional hours during the summer

months and other times during the year will be based on each

candidates availability.

Part-time hours are flexible and will be agreed upon with each

candidate offered a position. Hours will be available between 9:00

a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
