Currently, we are seeking excellent Benefits Associate IV to join our team at 2900 S. Diablo Way, Building C, Suite 161, Tempe, AZ 85282. This position is a call center position assisting people with inquiries regarding their Health and Welfare benefits. Ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, analytical, adheres to company\/call center policies, researches information before going to the Technical Analyst for assistance, ability to communicate professionally with each client interaction & diffuse irate callers, timely manage his\/her workbox, and adheres to assigned schedule and established departmental metrics (ACW, Unscheduled Aux time, etc.); can sit for periods of time. Job Specifics: \u00b7Shifts will be scheduled during our normal business operating hours anytime between 5:30 AM \u2013 6:00 PM Monday \u2013 Friday (No Weekends). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: \u00b7Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. \u00b7Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries. \u00b7Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers. \u00b7Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals. \u00b7Maintain a high level of world class customer service\/professionalism to a wide range of customers. \u00b7Recommend products that best suit the customer. \u00b7Ability to read and interpret documents. \u00b7Performing data entry \u00b7Reviewing incoming forms for completion and accuracy; taking appropriate corrective action \u00b7Process participant events and transactions \u00b7Processing cyclical deliverables \u00b7Producing standards reports \u00b7Performing project work \u00b7Establishing, updating and closing cases in the Contact Management System \u00b7Reviewing edit reports; taking corrective action when necessary \u00b7Identifying, researching and resolving data discrepancies \u00b7Contacting third parties to resolve participant issues (e.g. eligibility, stop payment\/reissue) \u00b7Performing user acceptance testing (e.g. client specific systems) \u00b7Using database to document issues and provide status updates \u00b7Reconciling pension payments and\/or H&W deductions \u00b7Reviewing specifications \u00b7Reviewing test plans and\/or control groups \u00b7Performing end user testing of new systems releases \u00b7Developing and maintaining checklists, procedures and plan documentation \u00b7Verifying accuracy of participant events and transactions \u00b7Leading project work \u00b7Quality reviewing work prior to peer review \u00b7Adhering to standard time reporting practices (e.g. timesheets, billing code use) \u00b7Performing peer reviews \u00b7Training other team members \u00b7Participating on work groups to develop new approaches to work, products and services Job Benefits
