The Access Supervisor position is located on the Community North Campus in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Job Duties
Supervise

Access Triage Specialists, including CPN Liaison roles
Ensure

appropriate staffing coverage and manage the daily employee schedule
Determine staff

training needs and education
Occasionally

staff in as a Triage Specialist when needed
Interface with

network initiatives and adapt them to the department
Responsible

for maintaining employee satisfaction
Responsible

for ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsible

for ensuring the department stays within budget
Assists with

competency testing and offers input on new upgrades/changes to systems;     participates

in integrated testing; trains staff on system changes
Provides immediate feedback to manager
and staff
Responsible for staff Performance Appraisals
Responsible and accountable for the training and

development of all new employees         and tenured employees
Responsible for payroll
Responsible for interfacing with HR recruiter and

participating in new staff hires
Develop and present performance metrics to the management

team
In

addition to the Triage Specialist essential functions, individuals may perform                    additional 
duties as assigned.
Experience
At least 1 year of behavioral health work experience. At

least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related setting is preferred. Customer

Service experience strongly preferred as well as call center experience.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human

Services, or Related Field.
License
 
No license required.

Excellent written and verbal

General knowledge of behavioral

health insurance parameters
Knowledge of registration

requirements
Working knowledge of billing

requirements
Ability to communicate with diverse

patients/customers
Ability to develop and implement
