We are searching for a Collections Team Leader to join The HELPCard. What You’ll Do:
Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
Motivate team members to achieve desired results
Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
Handle inbound and outbound calls (e.g. dialer and manual calls)
Work with The HELPCard Customers to obtain past due payments
Manage and accurately document account details
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
1-2 years of collections experience required
Previous coaching experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with Customers
Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
