HOURS:

(Shifts will vary and are subject to schedule needs/40 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 6:45 am - 6:30 pm

Saturday 8:45 am - 1:30 pm

Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Full-Time Customer Service Representative at our Sugar Land banking center.

The CSR will be responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposit accounts, and assisting clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution. This individual should have basic knowledge of simple deposit and loan products and services. Identifying sales and referral opportunities and striving to meet related goals will be essential in this position. The CSR will also have the ability to backup the Teller Department when necessary to maintain service levels. Other duties will be assigned as needed or required. Required Skills

Solid math and bookkeeping abilities.

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Good understanding of financial services and products provided.

Understanding of customer bookkeeping procedures.

Prior Banking experience is required.
