Your impact:Able to speak and write French fluently Respond to consumer calls and e-mails received in the Consumer Services Department Resolve issues to consumers satisfaction and within the guidelines of service policy. Input consumer data using appropriate terminology and coding to insure the consistency and accuracy of the consumer database. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for assigned skills. Must meet departmental goals for attendance, timeliness, schedule adherence, and quality of service. Must be available to complete a 40 hour day time training class that may last up to 3 weeks. May provide backup coverage to other product skills. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. You have:Speedand can act decisively and with a strong sense of urgency. You strive to remove barriers to speed to achieve objectives more quickly and effectively. Communicationskills (both written and verbal in English and French) to communicate clearly and with impact, using the correct communication formats/methods. You convey confident, ease and enthusiasm when communicating with a variety of audiences. Consumer/ Customer Focusto understand and respond to the needs of consumers. You create solutions that deliver great impact and value to consumers and/ or internal or external customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate mature judgment to properly respond to consumer calls. Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and various software. Strong knowledge of Fisher-Price and Mattel toy products preferred. Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications:High School education required, Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred. Bilingual with abilityto speak and write inFrench 1-2 years related experience in Consumer Services/Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment is preferred.
