The Technical Support Associate will provide reliable technical support of Honeywell security products to internal  external customers. You will focus on accuracy, timely feedback  customer satisfaction. You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis  replication of technical issues. The Technical Support Associate will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will help develop Technical Support documentation  processes. The Technical Support Associate will ensure proper documenting  recording of all activity  communication.

Build business acumen while learning to address customer’s technical needs

YOU MUST HAVE
– Associate’s Degree in a technology\/electronics related discipline, in lieu of education, must have at least 1 year of work experience in the security industry or electronics repair
WE VALUE
– Basic understanding of electrical concepts (multimeter, low voltage, circuitry diagrams, etc.)
– Good interpersonal, verbal  written communication skills
– Ability to comprehend technical documents; troubleshooting techniques
– Experience in a call center environment
– Good administrative skills; attention to detail  time management
– Strong continuous improvement mindset
– Experience with ************** or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
