Must possess good problem solving skills, and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in managing work load and scheduling follow up. Good telephone etiquette is required. Bilingual Spanish is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Basic Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing clients Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of company policies and procedures Process payments/schedule payment arrangements/inform customers of the payment process Effectively summarize and relay account information to customers Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken Consistently follow guidelines with minimal errors Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of Call Center/Customer Service experience Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Computer skills Ability to use office equipment Commitment to excellent customer service Ability to talk and type accurately Ability to sit for the majority of their shift Bilingual in English and Spanish required Company Benefits Sick Days
