Do you have experience managing an OUTBOUND SALES call center? Are you familiar with an OUTBOUND dialer? Yes? Are you NOT shy about enforcing fair & sensible work habits? We pay in excess of $20+ per hour plus benefits DOE! 

Do you like to coach sales agents? Do you consider yourself a people person that affects change in those around you? Do others call you a creative thinker who works well with others to problem solve? Do you want a full-time job with benefits where your schedule is usually Mon-Thursday? 

If so, Cascade Services might be the right fit for you! We are a 30 year old company looking for a Asst. Sales Manager to join our team and help run a 10+ seat call center. 

We are contracted by multiple publishers to start or renew existing subscribers for print & website based trade publications. One example: We sell Tow Times Magazine to all of the tow truck companies in the USA. Another example?: Oil & Gas Magazine to all of the Oil & Gas companies in North America. These are industry specific titles that are well known (usually the industry leaders) and respected in their industries. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & JOB DESCRIPTION: 
* Must have outbound sales experience with a predictive dialer 
* Must have at least some OUTBOUND sales call center management experience. 
* Must have STRONG coaching abilities, and not be afraid to demand immediate results. 
* Must have desire to increase sales production, while ensuring professionalism and quality. 
* Must be able to demonstrate basic math proficiency 
* Must have above average technical troubleshooting and computer skills 
* Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills 
* Manager must be a "Critical Thinker" and a finder of solutions 
* Finally, MUST BE A CLOSER!
