Kelly Services is working with Storage Mart, the world-s largest privately-owned self-storage company, to find Columbia, Missouri's top talent for their inbound call center. Ideal candidates are fast learners, computer savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Storage Mart Phone Reps answer calls, address customer needs, collect and confirm customer information, collect payments, and advise callers on appropriate Storage Mart services. Some clerical work on special projects, such as proofreading or providing feedback on training materials, may be assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
1 years of sales experience.
Strong typing skills and computer literacy.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret graphs.
Must be available on weekends and at lease two week nights (until 10 p.m.) per week.
$11.00 / hr. Additional pay incentives upon full time hire with opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour
60-day temp-to-perm position
Part-time and full-time positions available
Commission and bonus pay (available after full-time conversion)
