Call Center Specialist I
Full Time (40 hrs/wk)
RAD UIC - Administrative
Duties will include:
responding to a high volume of telephone calls including scheduling the appropriate medical exams and tests and fulfilling report requests.
Qualified applicants will possess:
H.S. diploma or equivalent (GED); at least one year related office or customer service experience; entry level computer skills; strong customer service and phone etiquette skills; accurate data entry skills.
