Call Center Professional \u2013 Entry Level\u00a0 Position Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 7.2 has a requirement to provide a Navy-wide Enterprise Service Desk as a single point of entry for all Navy IT support 24x7x365, which will align with the Joint Information Environment (JIE) initiative. The Service Desk Environment is comprised of a series of interconnected IT systems whose purpose is the integration of information, applications and processes throughout the Navy's global operations footprint, as well as, across Department of Defense (DOD) organizational boundaries.\u00a0 Addx Corporation is an experienced Navy 311 contractor and is looking for a successful Specialist who will enjoy working in a team atmosphere and being a passionate advocate for his or her customers. Additionally, candidates should be flexible, positive, courteous, deadline-oriented professionals who are committed to providing patient, knowledgeable, and timely customer service. The candidate must research and resolve customer requests for assistance by either referring their case to the authoritative source of support or finding it within the knowledge base. Candidate should be experienced coordinating and managing the day-to-day delivery of SLA based Tier 1 services through enterprise service. Position Duties: Navy Enterprise Service Desk Tier 1 Specialist serve as the entry point for Navy customers by receiving, recording, resolving or escalating requests for service within an IT Desk. Tier 1 Specialists follow all documented processes and procedures related to call handling, call escalation, data capturing closure and follow up procedures. Additionally, candidates should be flexible, positive, courteous, deadline oriented professionals who are committed to providing patient, knowledgeable, and timely customer service.\u00a0 The candidate must research and resolve customer requests for assistance by either referring their case to the authoritative source of support or finding it within the knowledge base. Any given day, NESD will handle a wide variety of IT related questions ranging from requests for technical assistance and troubleshooting, application support, password resets and other related IT issues. Position Qualifications: > Must possess a active Secret clearance OR have had one within one year prior > 6 month - 2 years of Service Desk or IT Related experience\u00a0 Desired:\u00a0 > Military experience is desired - Retired Naval or military personnel are preferred but not mandated > HDI Support Center Analyst Certified (within 12 months)\u00a0 > ITIL Foundations (within 6 months)
