Handles all incoming calls to the Resort’s main number, as well as internal guests in a professional and pleasant manner. Provides superior guest service by acting as a “one stop shop” for all our guest’s needs. Handling everything from room, spa, and restaurant reservations to wake-up calls and special guest requests. Creating the highest level of AAA Four Diamond Service from first moment of interaction.
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
Maintain complete knowledge of all resort facilities and services.
Answer all incoming calls in a knowledgeable and professional manner within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette. Using active listening skills to anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations.
Must possess outstanding guest service skills as well as professional and sophisticated communication skills.
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet use).
Minimum one year of previous customer service experience required.
Hospitality (casino, hotel, reservations, or front office,) experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a Microsoft environment preferred.
