What you’ll be doing...
You will develop and execute next generation system solutions by partnering with business clients, IT and support personnel to drive enhancements to Verizon Contact Center desktop systems, primarily within the Verizon repair support platform. Through ideation, planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance, you will be able to drive improvements to existing systems, and assist with the requirements and development of new systems.
Leading or managing projects that impact Verizon Contact Center desktop systems.
Identifying opportunities within desktop systems to drive employee efficiency and presenting enhancement recommendations.
Regularly prepare and communicate future plans and current status with stakeholders.
Gathering and analyzing data to measure business impact and identifying future opportunities to drive improvements with desktop system solutions.
Creating presentations and video clips with a focus on data-visualization to communicate system enhancement strategy and solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Alternate Verizon strategic locations may be considered.

You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, in a fast paced environment, that requires multi-tasking and a high degree of integrity. You realize that flexibility is critical as challenges are identified and solutions are developed that may impact overall project plans.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience
Project management, graphic design and technology experience.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or Technology.
Customer service or call center experience.
Kept up-to-date on the development of new and emerging technologies.
Expertise with creative design using powerpoint and short video creation.
Passion, enthusiasm and motivation to accept challenges and excel at delivering results.
Experience managing executive presentation workflows.
Knowledge of systems user interface/user designs, and a strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling.
Experience and proficiency communicating with executive leadership.
