A customer service representative, acts as a liaison for internal and external partners, while providing product\/services support and resolving any problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with Call Center and External Partners to open and maintain customer accounts. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, place orders and file documents. Grow and develop strong professional relationships with external customer and distribution partners. Meet personal\/team sales targets and call handling quotas. Generate sales leads. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Education Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalency (College degree preferred.) Experience 2 years' experience in a customer care role. Good organizational skills. History of producing as a cooperative team member. Responsible and cooperative attitude. Knowledge\/Skills\/Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce is a plus Demonstrate attention to detail while being able to multitask and problem solve. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Clean and neat in personal appearance Physical Job Requirements Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone. Lightweight lifting may be required.
