To be considered for this position, candidates must live in the Columbus, Ohio area or the surrounding Central Ohio Counties.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  Ability to work independently to ensure quick and complete resolution of customer complaints, issues and problems.Identify critical customer service issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.Provide excellent customer service by responding to merchandise questions, order follow-up, online promotions and website inquiries.Possess enthusiasm and ambition to provide customers best in class service on every interaction.Utilize training resources and business partners to research and resolve customer issues.Ensure a superior customer experience that fully supports the Gap Inc brand promises.
