ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

High School Diploma, required; Associate Degree, preferred.
1 year of customer service related job experience.
Previous call center experience preferred.
Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.

Ability to handle customers professionally during all interfaces.
