Our client is looking for a Call Center Manager that will lead the Contact Center Sales & Acquisition effort to achieve strengthened and sustainable sales results that grow the business. They need someone who can develop a strong sales team through staff recruitment, training, development, guidance, feedback, coaching, motivation and succession planning. The ideal candidate will be able to identify needs, remove obstacles and foster individual accountability and engagements to deliver or exceed sales goals.

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with internal partners to execute the operation of high value quality sales products, programs, practices and procedures, and meet contact center metrics/growth initiatives.

Monitor daily operations with full responsibility for all management duties such as performance and productivity, budget, administration and compensation.

Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines as well as with State and Federal regulations.

Partner with Contact Center Program Manager in evaluation and recommendation of new technologies for improving sales capabilities.

Experience you will need:

3 plus years successful sales experience demonstrating successful managing,

gaining commitment, energizing, motivating and coaching others to build a

successful team.

Must be Life and Health Licensed in resident state - fully licensed in all 50

States within 6 months

Must obtain licensing in other 49 states plus District of Columbia within 2

months and maintain throughout employment

LOMA and LUTCF designations or equivalent considered a plus

Financial Services or Contact Center experience considered a plus

Virtual supervision preferred

Must be able to work evenings, Saturdays and Holidays
