Our Sr. Customer Service Specialist starting pay is positions pay is $14.84 per hour depending on experience- plus any applicable shift differential determined by work schedule (most available shifts are evening). Benefits eligible day 1 and full paid training. This position is for experienced call center representatives (seeking 3-5 years of experience).
The purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class service to high-net worth and premium travel credit card clients. The focus is on building loyalty and engagement by exceeding client’s service expectations. Representatives also service escalation and overflow calls for various departments.
The representative should possess the following behaviors:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
