We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time candidates to join our support team.
We are a 24 hour call center (located in Glendale) and are looking to fill multiple shifts throughout the day and night.
Experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Ability to work with various computers, cell phones, tablets, etc.
- A problem solver - things happen and you're there to fix them- MUST be able to work Saturday or Sunday- Being one of the go-to people for technical knowledge at our company- Professional communication skills, basic grammar and proper business email etiquette- Strong organizational skills and capability to multi-task several responsibilities at a time- A can do attitude, diligent, self-driven and motivated- Attention to detail and follow-up- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment The following skills are a PLUS: - Related work experience in a call center environment- Experience in electronic payments or merchant service industry
